Mark Harding

HMS co-director Mark Harding is an award-winning journalist, publisher and television producer. Formerly managing editor and publisher for the leading custom publishing agency Pacific Client Publishing, he knows all facets of the publishing process and understands that every client has a separate vision and therefore different requirements.

Mark is also a highly credentialled Melbourne journalist. He worked at The Age for ten years, wrote the news column On The Spot for The Herald and was Sports Editor for the Herald Sun. He was chief sportswriter for Australia's first weekly magazine Sports Weekly and won numerous awards for his stories on football, golf, racing and Olympic sports.

In television, Mark produced the weekly television show Racing World for seven years and several boutique racing series, including the acclaimed Champions of Racing series for Sportsbrand Media, Jump, Spring and Spring Classics.

More recently, he has partnered with Intrepid Production to produce various Olympic and international football series, including When The Games Begin, Gold Rush, The Road To Brasil, Destination Brasil, Football Headliners and National Icons.


Karen Harding

Karen Harding is co-director of Harding Media Services and manages its day to day operation. Her organisational skills and business acumen are complemented by her client relationship capabilities. Karen is experienced in project management and editing and understands custom publishing and the special needs of clients in fulfilling their marketing vision.

She is also an accomplished writer, sub-editor and proofreader, working across the range of HMS publications as well as outside projects. Karen has regularly contributed to Women's GOLF magazine and Golf Victoria magazine on golf and has prepared a number of feature supplements on golf for The Age newspaper. She was the author of the historical section of Women's Golf Victoria's Centenary Address Book as well as acting as project manager. Since 2010 she has written the player profiles and feature articles for the official program for the ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open and has written regularly for Beyond the Fairways, the online magazine of Drummond Golf. She has also written for Quest Kudos magazine and others on various lifestyle and business topics.


Evan Harding

Evan Harding is a talented journalist and television producer. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Sport Management/Marketing) and a Graduate Diploma of Journalism, he worked for Sportsbrand Media Group, firstly as an Associate Producer and later Producer on the ICC Cricket World show as well as the very successful Players Lives. Evan also helped create the pilot episode of FIFA World Basketball and produced the vignette series 60 Seconds With.... ,before heading over to London to gain more experience and see something of Europe. He is currently managing website content for a major food company in London as well as writing freelance articles for outside publications.
